Founded by an experienced, qualified social worker, our practice is rooted in a deep understanding of the care system and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children. Assessments
We provide a comprehensive range of social work assessments including:

Parenting and specialist assessments (including ParentAssess for parents with additional needs)

All assessments are delivered to Court standard, with clear rationale and recommendations.
Supervised Contact
We offer supervised contact sessions in a variety of settings—community-based, in the family home, or in structured venues. Each session is supported by thorough observation and reporting, with the aim of creating safe, positive experiences for children and their families.
Support for Children and Families
In addition to assessments and contact, we provide a range of therapeutic and practical interventions including:

Life Story Work and Direct Work with Children

Parenting programmes, support sessions, and post-placement support

Mediation and family meeting facilitation to help families communicate and resolve issues constructively
Professional Consultancy and Supervision
We also work with organisations and professionals by offering:

Supervision for foster carers and staff, including reflective sessions for social workers and team leaders

Audit and quality assurance work for case files and practice reviews

Practice Educator support for student social workers on placement, aligned with the Professional Capabilities Framework (PCF)
